Information we collect
Depending on how you use the service, we may collect:
- your phone number;
- your name;
- whether you are a new or returning client;
- the service or appointment reason you provide;
- the appointment date and time you select;
- records related to your consent to receive text messages; and
- technical information reasonably necessary to operate and secure the service.
How we use information
We use information only as reasonably necessary to:
- hold, complete, and confirm appointment bookings;
- send transactional messages related to a specific booking;
- notify the participating business about a booking, callback request, or incomplete booking;
- provide customer support;
- maintain the security and operation of the service; and
- comply with applicable legal and regulatory obligations.
SMS and mobile information
Customers who expressly consent to receive text messages may receive transactional messages related to a specific appointment booking.
Message frequency varies. You may receive up to 5 automated text messages per booking. Message and data rates may apply.

Mobile phone numbers, SMS consent records, and SMS opt-in information will not be sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
Information may be shared with service providers or technology platforms that help operate the booking and messaging service, or when required by law. Such information is used only as necessary to provide, secure, or support the requested service.
Information shared with participating businesses
When you use the appointment-booking system, relevant booking information may be provided to the business or service provider with whom you are attempting to book. This may include your name, phone number, appointment date and time, new or returning client status, and requested service.
Data retention
We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary to operate the service, maintain appropriate records, resolve disputes, comply with legal obligations, and protect the service from misuse.
Data security
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards designed to protect information handled through the service. However, no electronic storage or transmission system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
Your choices
You may opt out of automated text messages at any time by replying STOP. For help, reply HELP or email support@downeyclientservices.com.
Consent to receive text messages is not required to request an appointment. If you decline SMS consent during the automated phone booking process, the participating business may follow up by phone to complete the booking.
Children’s privacy
The service is not intended to knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page indicates when the policy was last updated.
